Check the official procedure before works
Lutsk City Council publishes a dedicated page on issuing, changing, refusing and terminating permits to disturb improvement objects. Ordering stone does not itself mean a permit is needed. The question arises where equipment, storage or base preparation may occupy or damage public space.
Mark the gate, vehicle stopping point and package area on the quotation plan. Do not plan unloading merely “near the address”: courtyard, centre and narrow-access conditions differ.
Prepare the specification
For geometric layouts, consider sawn paving; for traditional texture, split setts; for larger planes, paving slabs. Granite kerbs restrain the edge.
