These documents do not grant commercial delivery permission, but they show why a central address needs closer examination: gate location, turning radius, one-way movement, pedestrian flows and the receiving area.
Do not state “the truck can enter the courtyard” unless it has been checked. Provide gate photographs, access width, possible height limits and the contact who will meet the vehicle.
Agree the format and layout
Split setts suit complex outlines, sawn paving gives precise joints, and slabs suit terraces and broad paths. Include kerbs in the same specification.
