Guarantee and returns

• We guarantee that the batch matches the agreed specification: stone, finish, dimensions and tolerances.
• If the product does not match the specification, contact us — we will replace it or refund the payment.
• Return and exchange of goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, under Ukrainian consumer protection law.
• The goods must be undamaged and kept in their packaging.
• Items made to individual order (non-standard dimensions, agreed specification) are not subject to return or exchange.

Installation

• Installation is a separate scope unless expressly agreed.
• Products for installation are made to the project tolerances.
• Base preparation and the installation contractor are agreed in advance.

Delivery and packaging

• We prepare reliable packaging and arrange dispatch.
• Delivery terms are agreed individually: packaging, transport and unloading.

How to order

• Send your specification: product, stone, format, finish, quantity.
• We confirm production and prepare a quotation.
• We agree the price, formats and packaging before production.

Quotation and ordering

• Stone type, finish and packaging are confirmed before production.
• Format, tolerances and weight are confirmed before production starts.
• Send your specification through the form and we will prepare a quotation.
