Identify the actual destination
Distinguish Kyiv city from locations in Kyiv Oblast. Brovary, Boryspil and Irpin are separate destinations, even when a project is described as being “near Kyiv”. For a Kyiv address, provide the district, the bank of the Dnipro, the street and the correct entrance. These details support route planning; they do not establish a fixed transport price.
Where a development has several gates, mark the goods entrance on a map. For a residential courtyard, confirm access arrangements with the person responsible for the property before booking delivery.
Prepare a product specification
A pedestrian path, an entrance area and a vehicle access route may require different paving constructions. State the intended use, measured area, proposed supporting layers and surface requirements. Compare sawn paving and split setts using samples rather than colour alone.
List slabs, kerbs and setts separately. Include drawings for curves and junctions where relevant. Thickness should follow the design and expected loads; this guide does not prescribe a universal thickness for every site.
Agree the unloading method in advance

Do not assume unloading is included in transport or that a delivery vehicle will carry a crane. Confirm the method and cost before dispatch. Obtain the weight and dimensions of each package to be lifted from the supplier. Agree the handling equipment and working method with the responsible operator.
If unloading would use a pavement or carriageway, arrange the permitted working method with those responsible for the area. This article does not provide permission to obstruct public space or replace a check of current local requirements. The carrier should verify applicable traffic restrictions before the journey.
Compare the complete quotation
Ask for stone, additional processing, packaging, transport and unloading to be identified separately. Installation is a separate task unless it is explicitly included in the agreement.
