Sawn granite setts are paving units produced with precise dimensions and an even face. They serve terraces, squares and contemporary landscaping, where clean geometry and a tidy layout matter. Unlike split pieces, sawn units have straight edges, so the paving pattern stays predictable.

The range covers a few granites: grey Pokostivske, pink-red Leznykivske and Didkovychi with a warm pink-brown tone; other stone is ordered separately. A stone missing from that list is supplied to a specific order. Shade and pattern vary from batch to batch, so a sample is approved beforehand. Stone and finish are selected as a pair, since together they set the appearance of the finished paving.

The finish is either sawn or flamed: sawn keeps an even face, while flaming alters its character. Format and finish follow the task — paving calls for an even face and a consistent row pattern. They pave terraces, squares, pedestrian zones and other areas that need a level stone surface with a predictable pattern. Sizes are standard or custom, so the element format is settled together with the project.

The specification lists length, width and thickness. It also records the finish type and the permitted deviations. Before production starts, the stone, finish, format, tolerances and packaging are confirmed, while weight is verified separately. Volume is calculated from the paving area, the site sketch and the chosen unit dimensions that you send with the specification. If the quantity is already known, it is added to the specification. It also helps to describe the paving pattern, the row direction and the colour combination, so the layout matches the intent.

Before an order is prepared, settle whether the paving will be one colour or a mix of stones and how the rows will run. These details affect the layout and the number of units in the specification. Only after the customer's figures are in hand is the list reviewed and the format finalised, at which point the order is released to production.

For whichever stone is chosen, the calculator returns the weight of one unit and the count needed per square metre and per tonne. Just give the length, width, thickness and stone; the result indicates the requirement for an area and the mass of the order, so the volume can be adjusted before the specification is approved.
