Vinnytsia City Council publishes a procedure for permits to disturb improvement objects. This does not mean every delivery needs a permit. The question arises when handling equipment, stone packages or preparation temporarily occupy or damage municipal space.
Mark the gate, vehicle stopping point and storage area on the plan. Where no safe area exists, discuss another receiving method, but do not treat it as agreed until the carrier and the responsible site contact confirm it.
Match the product to the site
