Record who admits the vehicle, operates equipment and signs receipt. This does not create new legal rules, but it reduces disputes if a heavy package or loader support damages the existing surface.

Frequently asked questions
Is a receiving report required?
The contract determines the form. At minimum, photographs, package list and the responsible person’s signature are useful.
Who is responsible for lawn damage during manoeuvring?
The land owner, customer and transport operator should agree responsibility.
Can a load be received without the customer’s representative?
It is not recommended: someone must confirm package placement and site condition.
