Draw the boundary first
Khmelnytskyi City Council adopted Decision No. 23 of 25 September 2025 on approval of adjacent urban-space improvement. It covers approval of a sketch design; clause 4.3 separately requires a permit to disturb the improvement object before works. These are distinct procedures, not permission to buy or deliver stone. Check later amendments and applicability to the actual land before relying on the decision. Include the boundary, gate, footway, vehicle position and package area in the product request.

Calculate stone after defining the area
For a precise entrance, consider sawn paving; for natural relief, split setts; for a broad terrace, paving slabs. Where paving meets a lawn or drive, include kerbs in the same layout.
The quotation needs the area, laying pattern, cuts and intended use. Do not apply a universal waste percentage without a drawing: narrow strips, diagonal patterns and steps generate different cutting requirements.
