What is the difference between a slab and a cladding tile?

A slab is a large-format blank for further sawing and processing, while a cladding tile already has its finished surface and format for a façade, plinth, wall or floor. Both are made in standard or custom sizes.

Which finish should I choose for cladding tiles?

Polished gives a gloss and a deeper tone, honed leaves a matt surface, flamed changes the character of the stone, and rock-face adds relief for plinths, fences and retaining walls. The finish is chosen together with the stone.

What do you need to estimate tiles, slabs or blocks?

Send a specification with dimensions, quantity, stone and finish; for blocks, add the required dimensions, the planned purchase volume and a description of further processing. Block dimensions and grade are approved by the specific batch.
