Frequently asked questions

Are window sills made to standard or to exact sizes?

To the exact dimensions of the particular window opening. Length, width, thickness, visible edges, chamfer, nosing and cut-outs are agreed for each sill individually instead of being copied from an illustration.

What must be agreed before a countertop is made?

The dimensions, the positions of cut-outs for appliances and plumbing, the visible edges and the lines where it meets walls and units. Send a drawing or sketch with dimensions and marked cut-outs; multi-part countertops are described part by part.

Is the heating equipment included in a granite fireplace?

No — this item covers the stone surround and cladding, not the equipment set or a finished technical system. For an estimate, add the portal drawing, the equipment dimensions and the manufacturer’s requirements for adjoining materials.
