Granite countertops

Natural stone countertops are ordered for kitchens and bathrooms. A countertop is a solid stone surface with cut-outs for appliances and plumbing; it brings the work area together and echoes the other details of the interior. These pieces are produced in granite, labradorite or black gabbro. Format, thickness, edges and cut-outs follow the specific area, so custom sizes sit alongside standard ones — the project decides. Standard solutions are used where the room is typical, custom ones where the surface has to fit an unusual geometry.

Five stones suit this product, each with its own look: Pokostivske granite is even grey with fine dark specks, Didkovychi warm brown-pink, Maslavske olive-green with graphite tones, Holovyne labradorite dark, almost black, with blue and blue-green iridescence, and Bukynske gabbro a dense near-black stone. Leznykivske granite and any other stone are ordered separately.

The surface is polished or honed: the first adds gloss and colour depth, the second a restrained matte look. Because the application is interior, the stone and finish are matched to the overall appearance of the room. The final choice is confirmed on a physical sample of the current batch; a screen shows colour only approximately.

Stone, finish, format, thickness, tolerances and packaging go into the specification before production starts. Define the countertop dimensions in advance, the positions of the appliance and plumbing cut-outs, the visible edges and the lines where the surface meets walls and furniture; these determine how the piece fits. The weight is confirmed for each part.

To prepare the specification, send a drawing or sketch with dimensions, marked cut-outs and openings, the number of parts and your colour preferences. State the purpose as well, a kitchen countertop or a bathroom one, since the set of cut-outs depends on it. If the countertop has several parts, describe each one separately. The data received is checked against the drawings and the list of parts, discrepancies are clarified, and the final order document is drawn up. Manufacturing starts only once the order is fully confirmed.
