- We prepare reliable packaging and arrange dispatch.
- Delivery terms are agreed individually: packaging, transport and unloading.
- Installation is a separate scope unless expressly agreed.
- Stone type, finish and packaging are confirmed before production.
Guarantee and returns
- We guarantee that the batch matches the agreed specification: stone, finish, dimensions and tolerances.
- If the product does not match the specification, contact us — we will replace it or refund the payment.
- Return and exchange of goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, under Ukrainian consumer protection law.
- The goods must be undamaged and kept in their packaging.
- Items made to individual order (non-standard dimensions, agreed specification) are not subject to return or exchange.
